26/03/2009: Coming into force of the contract with Turkmen bread association "GALLAONNUMLERI" about project SHOPPING CENTRE ASHGABAT

After opening of Letter of Credit in October 2008 and after fulfilling the commercial and financial premises, the contract went officially into force. The contract comprises the construction of a shopping centre with small bakery, cafe and shop.

Increase of the Letter of Credit amount and coming into force of the contract for project part DASHOGUZ are starting signals for projecting and construction of the fourth of totally five grain mill complexes in Turkmenistan. The complexe is planned to be competed in April 2011.

21/10/2008: Coming into force of the contract with Turkmen bread association "GALLAONNUMLERI" about project part TURKMENABAT

Increase of the Letter of Credit amount and coming into force of the contract for project part TURKMENABAT are starting signals for projecting and construction of the third of totally five grain mill complexes in Turkmenistan. The complexe is planned to be competed in November 2010.

23/09/2008: Coming into force of the contract with Turkmen bread association "GALLAONNUMLERI" about project part SERDAR

Increase of the Letter of Credit amount and coming into force of the contract for project part SERDAR are starting signals for projecting and construction of the second of totally five grain mill complexes in Turkmenistan. The complexe is planned to be competed in July 2010.

AUGUST 2008

18/08/2008: Coming into force of the contract with Turkmen bread association "GALLAONNUMLERI" about the construction of five grain mill complexes

After fulfilling the commercial and financial premises, the contract with "GALLAONNUMLERI" went officially into force per 8th of August 2008. Starting with the project part in RUHABAT (near Ashgabat) UNIONMATEX will construct two large and three small grain mill complexes in Turkmenistan within the next three years.

During the three days lasting exhibition a great number of visitors took the opportunity to collect some information about the possibilities and competences of UNIONMATEX and its partners. Public interest was enormous, Turkmen media broadcasted reports about the fair and company UNIONMATEX, the daily newspaper “Neytralnyi Turkmenistan” published an interview with UNIONMATEX.

10/07/2008: Opening of the Letter of credit with an amount of 45,4 Mio EUR

Some commercial conditions of the down mentioned Letter of Credit have been revised and the L/C has been opened officially.


JUNE 2008

13/06/2008: Letter of credit has been advised with an amount of 45,4 Mio EUR

concerning the 1st. part of the project "5 wheat mills" with the costumer Turkmen bread association  "GALLAONNUMLERI" in Ashgabat / Turkmenistan. The Letter of Credit comprises the object in RUHABAT with the construction of a turn key wheat flour mill inclusive silo plant, large bakery, past production and a manufacturing line of packing material.

 

APRIL 2008

28/04/2008: The President of Turkmenistan, his Execellency Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the degree Nr. 9778

in favour of UNIONMATEX on the construction of a public centre for small scale production and sale of bakery and pastry products including a cafeteria room in Ashgabat town for 3 million EURO . The construction period will be from June 2008 till October 2010.

28/01/2008: Audience with the President of Turkmenistan Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov

Flagge von Turkmenistan In consequence of the acceptance of the tender for the construction of five grain milling plants, UNIONMATEX had the great honour to get an audience with the President of Turkmenistan, Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The UNIONMATEX managing director, Mr. Grobe was very pleased to present the projects in detail and had a very constructive discussion in a pleasant atmosphere with his Excellency Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

 

 

 

 

 


At the end of the audience the President of Turkmenistan, Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a presidential degree ("postonovlenie"), in which he approved that the association for bread products "TURKMENGALLAONUMLERI" is entitled to conclude a contract with UNIONMATEX for the construction of five grain mill complexes on turn-key basis in Ruhabat, Serdar, Turkmenabat, Dashoguz and Mary.

16/01/2008: UNIONMATEX received the acceptance of the tender in Turkmenistan:
